The owner, Candice Reyes has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resource experience with a strong emphasis in leadership development, team development, coaching and facilitation. She is highly energetic and goal oriented. Her coaching and consulting skills have helped to improve teams and leaders in various functions.

Candice has accomplished the development of various leadership programs within her career. She has utilized her unique blend of consulting and coaching to help teams understand one another and function more effectively. She has coached numerous managers and helped them to create a plan of action to improve themselves personally and professionally. By blending the experience of human resources and organizational development she is able to see how leaders and individuals help the bottom line in the business.  

During her career she has facilitated groups of various sizes. She has also had the opportunity to facilitate global sessions with the ability to keep large groups of people focused on the content of the session.
